Windsor Essex and Beyond
Windsor Essex is rich in nature preserves, which has grown my love for taking nature photos. I have also traveled throughout North America and the world, to wondrous places like Iceland, Arizona, and Chicago to name a few. Birds seem to be the subject I am most interested in because of their inherent similarities to humans. It is no wonder I met Bruce the Bald Eagle, who has been the topic of conversation since my most recent photo of him has gone viral.
I am currently a full-time employee at Ford Motor Company and would love to become a photographer full time. Take a peek at my collections. I hope you see something you like!
The Shot Seen Around the World
The shot seen around the world was of Bruce the Eagle. I envisioned this shot a year before at the same location but the water was ripply and my position wasn’t right.
But I came back after you Bruce… and you seemed to know it!
On May 4, 2019, I snapped hundreds of photos of Bruce the Eagle at the Canadian Raptor Conservancy in Vittoria, ON. This photo resonated with me most but I had no idea it would have gone viral! It has been seen all over the world and I have been interviewed by various international media sources like National Geographic, the BBC, ABC and CTV.
